From Frustration to Connection: Our Story
Our story began in June of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, when reliable internet became more important than ever. Living in a rural area, we found ourselves struggling with slow and unreliable service. Determined to find a solution, we set out to create an internet service that could truly support the needs of our community.
Together with two close friends, we launched our business right here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, motivated by the belief that rural areas deserved better connectivity options. Over time, my partners have moved on to exciting new ventures, and I now continue the journey solo, building on our original vision of connecting rural America. As a small, one-owner business, I’m dedicated to delivering fast, reliable internet and prioritizing customer service. We’re here to help people like us—no matter where they live—stay connected to what matters most.

Damon Maisel - Owner
My name is Damon, and I am proud to serve my community as a firefighter/paramedic. Since 2005, I have dedicated myself to volunteer service, embracing the call to help those in need during some of life’s most critical moments. This commitment to making a difference extends beyond healthcare and into my work with Shore Internet Solutions.

With a deep understanding of how vital reliable services are, especially in underserved areas, I founded Shore Internet Solutions to bring high-speed, dependable internet to communities that often go overlooked. My goal is to bridge the digital divide, ensuring that everyone, no matter where they live, can stay connected—whether it’s for work, education, or simply staying in touch with loved ones.
